Sabrina School has posted a great craft for kids in groups, wooden finger puppets! Just pick up the little wooden blanks at any craft store and loads of embellishments. While a hot glue gun would be my weapon of choice for these creations (in the interest of time) that is obviously not the best course for little hands. You might want to either be an assistant/operator of the glue gun or have them use a wet glue like Elmer’s and use masking tape to hold bits in place till the glue dries.
All else you need are felt tip markers to draw on faces and hair, felt for the clothing, maybe some pipe cleaners, google eyes, jewels, glitter glue, pom poms, Foamies or stickers to decorate these cute little puppets to the nines.
